Self As Instrument Events
Day Workshop 9:30am to 9:00pm
This day long workshop presents personality and emotional development models, practicum for understanding these theories, vocal, breath, and musical exercises, meditation and contemplation instruction and an ongoing learning environment that supports the natural expression of our true and authentic nature. The primary focus will be to understand how we develop, rigidify, and sustain our egoic identity. Self awareness exercises will be taught for unraveling this false self and chanting is used for grounding and giving voice to our physical body experience. This workshop will be offered once a month for approximately one year. The workshops can be taken as a series or as a single event.

Meditation meetings: 2 hours
Meditation instruction and practice. These events are presented locally and at sponsored locations by prior arrangement. Please contact us if you or your group would like to sponsor a meditation class.
Chanting circles: 2 hours
These events are offered locally and at sponsored locations by prior arrangement. Please contact us if you would like to sponsor a chanting circle.
Introduction speaking presentations
These talks range from 15-60 minutes and are about self awareness and emotional intelligence.
